YouTube iPart

• Name - Enter a name for the content item. This text only appears during design mode (configuration).
• Title - Enter the text to display above this iPart on the rendered page. If blank, no title displays.
• Do not render in design mode - Enable this option to prevent content record data from being loaded in the content editor. This improves performance during design time (configuration).
• Display a border around this content - Enable this option to display a border around this iPart on the rendered page.
• URL of YouTube video - Specify the URL of the YouTube video you want to play. Most regular YouTube URLs will work, but if you experience URL validation errors try simplifying the URL to this format: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ELEVENCHARS
• Play video automatically - Enable this option to play the video automatically when the page is loaded.
• Hide video player controls - Enable this option to hide the video controls. The video can be started and stopped by clicking in the video window.
• Width - Specify the width of the video player in pixels. The valid range is from 20 - 1000.
• Height - Specify the height of the video player in pixels. The valid range is from 20 - 1000.

Notes

• This iPart supports only individual YouTube videos; channels and playlists are not supported.
• The privacy setting of the YouTube video should be set to Public or Unlisted. Private videos are allowed, but the user will need to sign in to YouTube before the video will play.
• End users must have the Adobe Flash Player plugin in order to view the video.
